- Is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), FMCSA, or any government agency
- Does not replace official licensing or regulatory requirements
Completion of this Course does not guarantee:
- CDL issuance or renewal
- Passing a DOT inspection
- Employment
- Government recognition of certification
3. Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of required lessons and assessments, students will receive a Certificate of Completion.
This certificate:
- Confirms completion of this training program
- Is not a government-issued English Language Proficiency certification
- Does not replace federal or state compliance requirements

- Use the Course for lawful purposes only
- Not share login credentials with others
- Not copy, distribute, or reproduce Course materials
You are responsible for complying with all DOT, FMCSA, state, and employer regulations independently of this Course.

- Assessments
- Logos and branding
Are the property of Elevate English ELP and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission.
Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of access without refund.

All payments are processed securely through Thinkific and its payment partners.
